Vodafone Idea Share Price Target
A new share price target has been given for Vodafone idea ltd shares by the brokerage firm. The largest brokerage firm UBS stated that the share price of Vodafone idea may touch the level of Rs 18 from Rs 13.10, representing 30% growth from the previous target price.
UBS stated 70-80% upside rally could be possible even if the company has to pay to government.
Why UBS Sees a Rally in VIL Shares?
According to UBS the mobile tariff price may increase 15 to 20 percentage after the Follow-on public offering (FPO) in the next 12-24 months which will help Vodafone idea ltd to benefit from the tariff increase. In the first quarter of FY 2025-2026, it may increase by 10%.
Also, the brokerage firm thinks 50-75 percentage of AGR will be cancelled which would relief to VIL. The relief by supreme court or dues from the government could potentially lead to further surge in the share price.
The share valuation is quite cheap at the current price level that is why the stock is in focus recently.
