Muthoot Finance Ltd (NSE: MUTHOOTFIN) one of the largest non-banking financial companies (NBFC) has published the Quarter fourth results and also the board has declared dividend for shareholders for the financial year 2024.
The company recently announced good news for all investors in its exchange filing, that all the shareholders will receive an amount of Rs 24 dividend per share. The record date and eligibility for this interim dividend will be determined on after the board meeting scheduled on 30 May.

The company released its March Quarter Results for the Financial year 2024 on Thursday, May 23. Net Profit of the company climbed 0.3% to Rs 1,009.2 Crore against Rs 1,006 crore in March Quarter 2023. However, revenue growth has been impressive compared to corresponding period of last year. The company’s revenue increased 8.4% to Rs 3,274.8 crore while it was Rs 3,021.1 crore in last March Quarter 2023.
The company set a record-breaking gold loan growth in the March Quarter ended on 31st March 2024 at Rs 5,051 crore

Muthoot Finance has declared a 240% of dividend (Rs 24/-) per equity share for the financial year 2024 as per the recent filing to the stock exchange. The record date for eligibility of this interim dividend is set on 1st June after the board meeting and shareholders will receive dividend within 30 days from declaration date.
