Government PSU stock Oil India Ltd (NSE: OIL) has announced to offer bonus shares to shareholders. Company will give 2 bonus shares for existing 2 equity shares. The record date has been fixed as July 2. Let us tell you that, Oil India Ltd has also given bonus shares 4 times before this one.
2) Vertoz Advertising Ltd
Vertoz Advertising Ltd (NSE: VERTOZ) is another stock that has declared 1:1 Bonus for shareholders. This means shareholders will get 1 free share for existing 1 equity share held. The shares of Vertoz Advertising will trade Ex-Bonus after July 4, as the record date is set as 5th July.
